The summer of 2009, Priceless Preservations completely renovated a 1960’s galley kitchen for me in a high rise apartment building. The price was right and the contractors were very professional. They arrived on time every day, cleaned up the work area daily and finished the job on the time schedule agreed upon. The lead contractor on the team, Eddie Wright, is one of the most skilled and knowledgeable men I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The finished product is as outstanding as any of the kitchens shown in House Beautiful or any of the other home improvement magazines on the market today and receives rave reviews from all who see it. I hired Priceless Preservations for 2 different jobs – one in Detroit, the other in Dearborn Heights. Each job was a complete reno, from tearout to complete paint job, new plumbing, roof, kitchen cabinets, ceramic flooring, wiring including plugs, switches and light fixtures and much more. They completed both jobs in under 2 weeks and the level of finish was very high. The best part was that I didn’t receive a single phone call during the process. I just got a call when it was complete to come and do my inspection. I was expecting to find some material still lying around or some parts of the job not complete, but I was surprised to be able to walk through both jobs and not be able to find a single item outstanding that I was expecting to be finished. Both houses were spotless and move-in ready. I would highly recommend Priceless Preservations for any of your renovation needs.
